Can I set a cap on the hours allocated for a task?

Yes, you have the option to set limits on task hours. If a task proves complex or unfeasible within the allotted time, I'll promptly inform you, outlining the challenges and reasons. You can then review the situation and propose alternative solutions or extend the allotted hours as needed.

Will I receive hourly updates on the progress of tasks?

Absolutely. I'll ensure you receive updates through your preferred communication channel.

Am I able to purchase extra hours beyond those included in my plan?

Certainly. You have the option to acquire additional hours to fulfill your monthly tasks.

Can you explain my billing cycle and when I'll receive invoices?

Absolutely. Your billing cycle begins based on your service start date, and your service price will be prorated accordingly. You have the flexibility to choose a payment date of either the 1st or the 15th of the month. Our monthly packages operate on a 30-day cycle. For any à la carte services, billing occurs before the service is rendered, and payment is due upon receipt of the invoice.

How can I make payments? What are the available payment methods?

You can make payments conveniently through the QuickBooks and Stripe platforms, allowing you to use debit or credit cards, as well as bank transfers. Additionally, I accept payments via Zelle, Cash App, and Venmo for added flexibility

What is the procedure to cancel/change my plan?

Any plan change request (upgrade/downgrade/cancel) comes with a 30-day notice period. You can request this plan change through email to socialenergy.atx@gmail.com and the request will be taken care of.

Do you provide a free trial on your services?

At this time, we do not offer free trials. We believe that assessing the effectiveness of our services requires sufficient time. However, you have the option to purchase a task-based project plan with a few hours, instead of committing to a monthly plan.
